Shipping

The fee is named before the pallet moves.

An engine crate by a window, ready to ship

Bayerische Motoren does not hide shipping inside the engine price, and does not invent it after you pay. The card is the engine. Shipping is a second number. You hear it, and you can say no.

How it travels

The engine is wrapped and strapped to a pallet. A forklift can lift it. You get a tracking note when it leaves. The usual roads are Europe, the UK, and the USA. If your place is farther, ask before you pay. A longer road can change the fee and the time.

Time

We do not promise a day of the week. We promise a tracking note and the fee we already said. Weather, ports, and customs can slow a crate. If the note goes quiet, ask us. Do not assume the engine is lost on the first quiet day.

When it arrives

Open it and compare the code, the photo, and the list before anyone starts the fit. That look is part of shipping being finished well. Damage to the crate that you can see on arrival should be photographed before the engine is lifted out, and sent to us the same day.
