Terms
The plain terms of this store.
Bayerische Motoren Store, on bayerischemotoren.store, sells used BMW engines and some swap kits. We are an independent seller. We are not BMW AG, and we are not a Land Rover dealer. The name Bayerische Motoren is the name of this store.
The offer
A card is an offer of the unit in the photos, at the price shown, plus shipping to be named. A card can leave the shelf if someone else completes the scheme first. We will say so. We will not swap a different unit into your crate in silence.
Your job
Send a true VIN. Read the code. Decide after the shipping fee. Check the engine on arrival before it is modified. Fitment is workshop work. We send the agreed parts. Your workshop fits them.
Our job
Show the engine. Match the VIN before we ask for money. Name the shipping fee. Pack the unit you saw. Stand by a written warranty and a written refund rule.
Limits
We are not liable for a workshop’s labour, for a car that was not the VIN you sent, or for use of an engine after you were told to stop. These terms sit with the warranty, refund, shipping, and certificate pages. If two pages seem to disagree, ask us. The written reply on your order is the one that governs that order.
